We designed this package to provide both information and a collection of proven software utilities to help any individual start an online business. This information is based on our ten years of experience doing it ourselves and for clients. 

You won't see any popup (although they do have their place in some circumstances) and we don't want to collect your email address to send you countless marketing messages. 

We would love to have you as a client but we don't feel we need to harass you with thinly veiled marketing propaganda to sell you our package. We do have mailing lists but they are composed of buyers, not prospects.

All we won't tell you that you can make a million dollars and only work a few hours per day. Starting an online business takes dedication and effort. You will need to acquire some skills and learn how to do many new tasks.

Some of our buyers want to do everything themselves, some want our assistance in technical areas. But all of our buyers do have two things in common. A desire to succeed and the ability to learn from those who have already succeeded.

We have tried to answer many of the common questions in this FAQ. And if you have any additional questions, please feel free to call or send us an email. Unlike many vendors, we enjoy talking to clients before and after the sale. 

What utilities are included in the Web Site Blue Prints package?

We currently have over 20 different software programs that are useful tools in creating or maintaining your new web site. We also have many tools that are available on the Internet for free that we recommend.

The software utilities and information you will find on our CD was chosen, and sometimes created, by us to use in our daily webmaster tasks. Every piece of software and advice has been proven in real world online businesses.

Are these utilities available elsewhere on the Internet?

Some of the utilities are created by friends and associates who do offer them free to all. We have developed several to address very specific needs, and some we have licensed from commercial vendors under a special arrangement.

Each program is tested and updated every quarter. Information is added when new solutions are found. A lot of research and effort is put in to every review and the selection process.

How long does it take to start an online business?

That is totally dependent how much time and what efforts you make to get online. I have seen clients up and running in as little as two weeks. It also depends if you already have a product or service ready to go. Research on product selection can be time consuming but is a very necessary step.

Is there any difference between the CD version and download area?

Convenience of having everything on one CD. The CD and the download area match exactly in all information and utilities. Although we update the download area 4 times a year so it's always good to check back for new programs or updates to programs and information.

How do you provide support for your package?

You get 30 days of email support with your purchase. Most of the software comes with tutorials and the information provided is very easy to follow. A large portion of the information is provided in step by step methods and the instructions for the most part self explanatory.

And if you have some areas where you would like us to perform the tasks or implement the technique, we can do that on a reduced hourly rate. Some of our clients want to learn everything, some prefer to stay to their particular strong points.

Once I pay, how do I get the download information?

When you have completed the transaction (paid) you see a button on the bottom right hand side that says "return to merchant". Click on that and you will then be transferred to the download area. You will also receive an email with your receipt number and the download url. Please keep this email for future reference. Also make sure that your email address is current and working or there is no way you can receive the confirmation email.

If you do not receive the email confirmation, just email us with receipt (or day of purchase and name) and we will resend it as quickly as possible.

How long does it take to receive the Web Site Blue Prints CD?

Most CD's are received in 3-5 working days in the lower continental 48 states. If overseas, 5-8 working days is the norm. We send all CD's the next day of order receipt and by USPS first class. Please double check the address you provide to prevent shipping problems.
